The organisation was set up by a group of inhabitants of the East Rome area and pursues civic, solidarity and socially useful purposes by promoting bottom-up organisation of society.

It is committed to providing a response of help, assistance and social empowerment in emergency contexts as an agent of change, for solidarity and mutual aid.
